Snap-Bits: We are live
“ I wanted to make sure to surround myself with people who’d bring their passion and talent together with their undying support, to collaborate with me throughout ghostLEDs design and development process.” – Snap-Bits Founder Eleonora
Snap-Bits strives to make creative people’s life easier. How? Providing them sustainable solutions for on-the-go needs.
Matteo Broggi, an electronics master, was the first to accept Eleonora’s challenge, followed by current Snap-Bits Art Director and self-proclaimed product design addict Mattia Sarti who then gave shape to the ghost concept. And, after countless design-build-test iterations, the ghostLED MVP was completed.
Stepping up the game meant bringing on local technical partners electrical engineer Michele Corrà of 3Tec and Ignazio Pomini along with his team Daniele Dominici and Roberto Nicolini who specialise in 3D printing and prototyping.
All thanks to the mammoth effort of these amazing humans, the Design Prototype was complete and ghostLED was becoming a thing. It was time to lawyer up and protect our concept. So we retained the services of our legal team at PRAXI Intellectual Property, a firm specialising in Industrial and Intellectual Property patents, to trademark and patent our IP.
Online presence is key in todays world, so we got Luca Lentino involved in the project for a cool webpage. Communication master Astrid Nehls is currently taking care of our super PR. The academic environment were our founder is spending her last semester is ideal for feedbacks from professors such as Mohammed Badr, providing wise words regarding brand management, same can be told for professor Alyosh Agarwal for business development, and Diethard Solderer for financial advice. While getting closer to the launch Mel Simmons joined as project manager, while Ulrika Rosen is took care of editing and backstage content. Camping Zoo hosted our temporary office during the initial phase, and Fam. Salvaterra deserves a shout out for the support from day 0. Davide Spina and Kevin Kok accepted the weight of a Kickstarter launch, and enter the Snap-Bits Family due to their courage. Thanks to everyone involved for making it happen!
